Dedicated Case Manager – Every client is assigned a dedicated case manager who offers hands-on support throughout the onboarding process. All questions are answered promptly, and assistance is provided for both vendors and employees.

Digital Platform – Most clients complete their onboarding in just minutes through our portal. Employees and vendors submit onboarding forms digitally via desktop or mobile, and clients have access to a dashboard to track the process. Vendors can be onboarded in minutes, while employees typically take 3 days to a week, depending on their background clearance. In the rare case of a background check delay, your dedicated case manager will assist in exploring alternative options.
